Accessing your License Billing Information

To access and change your license billing information navigate to https://admin.sentera.com and log in. 

You can also navigate to the admin page through FieldAgent Web.  
1. Visit https://fieldagent.sentera.com/ and log in.
2. Click Profile in the upper right.


3. Select Manage Account from the drop down menu, to open up the FieldAgent Admin webpage.


Accessing Billing Information

1. Click the Billing/Licenses tab in the left-hand navigation menu. 


2. Click the Billing Portal link on the right to visit your portal.


3. In the Billing Portal, you will have the ability to update your payment details, change the number of licenses or even cancel your subscription.
