Enabling Location Services

FieldAgent Web - Enabling Location Services

As a reminder, please make sure location services are enabled on your device. When enabled, FieldAgent™ will display your device location in the application on top of your map layers.


  1. Ground Truthing with FieldAgent Mobile App/iPad

    Using the maps available in Field Agent Mobile, the user can make the ground truthing process faster and more accurate.

     
    Validate that Location Services are turned on for your iPhone or iPad:

    Tap Settings.


  2. Tap Privacy.

    Tap Location Services.


    Make sure Location Services is set to On.
