FAQ: DJI - Why does my DJI Go 4 and DJI Pilot crash upon start up or is not loading?

Reported Behavior: Your software may not be loading, or the screen displays but then boots you out of the desktop without connecting a controller.
 
Root Cause: The recent Android 11 release is not compatible with DJI Go 4 or DJI Pilot.
 
Solution: DJI is working on an Android fix, possibly to be released September 18, 2020. For more information, contact DJI.
