What is Flower Cover?

Flower Cover measures timing of flowering to characterize phenotype and track pollination, and can be used to monitor flowering development over the entire season. Sentera offers three Flower Cover analytics:

  1. Plot Flower Cover and Uniformity
  2. Field Scale Flower Cover
  3. Field Scale Gridded Flower Cover



 

Which sensors can I use for Flower Cover?

Do I have to use FieldAgent to view Flower Cover?

FieldAgent can be used to view Plot Flower Cover, Field Scale Flower Cover, and Field Scale Gridded Flower Cover. FieldAgent offers visualization and data reporting tools.

 

The data can also be exported to a system of your choice via API, or downloaded from FieldAgent. In addition to a Mosaic RGB available as a GeoTiff, the measurements from Flower Cover insights can be downloaded as Shapefile, GeoJSON, or CSV files.
