What is Residue Cover?

Residue Cover helps to fuel critical decisions around soil management, such as tillage and planting, by quantifying the extent and fraction of residue covering bare soil prior to crop planting or following crop harvest. Sentera offers two field scale products for Residue Cover:

The data can also be exported to a system of your choice via API, or downloaded from FieldAgent. The measurements from Residue Cover can be downloaded as Shapefile, GeoJSON, or CSV files.
