6X - Firmware Upgrade
We are constantly working to improve the 6X. Firmware updates will be posted here as improvements are made.
Warning: Data will be deleted during the firmware upgrade process. Make sure to copy the data off of your sensor before performing the update.
Note: For sensors with older Firmware the sensor will reboot twice during the update.

Release Notes
How to Update:
- Download the latest firmware file onto your Microsoft Windows or macOS computer using the link above.
- Install your 6X sensor onto to your drone.
- Connect your computer to your 6X sensor with the supplied USB-C to ethernet adapter.

Power ON your drone to power on your 6X sensor.
The gimbal will stabilize downward and the 4 LEDs on the 6X will illuminate to indicate power.

Open your web browser and navigate to the 6X Configuration page http://sentera-6x.local/. If that doesn't work, try navigating to http://192.168.42.1/.

Click Update Firmware located on the left-hand menu.

Click in the software Update area, as shown below, and navigate to the file you downloaded in step 1, or use the drag-and-drop method.

The software update process will begin and may take several minutes. DO NOT TURN OFF THE POWER OR DISCONNECT THE CABLE DURING THIS PROCESS. It may reboot several times during the process.
