FieldAgent Mobile - Troubleshooting General App Issues
You Can't Log In
Your account may not be up to date, or you may need to reset your password.
- Visit fieldagent.sentera.com and log in or reset your password.
- If your account has expired, update your payment information through the Profile link. Please contact support@sentera.com or 612-204-2000 for a link to your Profile page.
You Can't Connect to the Drone
- Shut off the drone and hand controller.
- Power on the hand controller, then the drone, and then launch FieldAgentâ„¢.
- Hard/force close the app. This may differ, depending upon your model of iPad or iPhone. Double tap the home button on your iOS device, swipe the app up to hard close it. Apple Support provides details on how to do this.
You're Getting Error Warnings in the App
DJI drones issue a variety of warnings to the app throughout usage. For more information, please see this article about Common DJI Warnings and Error Messages.
Still Having Problems?
DJI GO 4 must be running in the background before starting the FieldAgent app.
