Sentera PHX™ FAQs - Change a landing zone or mission mid-flight if receiving errors

When in flight, you may need to change the landing location or upload a new mission. If an error occurs upon uploading a new mission, such as failure or unable to sync items:  

1.     Attempt to upload again.

2.     If your survey is greater than 100 acres, try creating smaller survey missions, and then upload.

Note: Large area surveys generate a lot of mission items/data that must be sent and saved on autopilot. The more data that needs to be sent, the longer it takes and the more prone to failure.

3.     If the smaller surveys result in an error, restart the Fly PHX app and then attempt to upload the mission to re-sync items.

4.     If the aircraft is further away than one mile, attempt to upload while closer to your antennae.
