Sentera PHX™ Troubleshooting - Problems getting my Sentera PHX™ to connect to Sentera's Fly PHX
If you're having trouble getting your Sentera PHX™ to connect to Sentera Ground Control try the following:
- Power cycle your CommsBox.
- Unplug and re-plug in the Ethernet cable that's connecting your computer to the CommsBox.
- Close Sentera Ground Control and re-open it.
If you continue to have issues after trying these steps please contact tech support.
