Sentera PHX™ FAQs - I'd like to use a strobe light to make my drone easier to see, what do you recommend?

There are many small LED strobe lights on the market designed specifically for small drones.  In order to not interfere with the electronic systems and sensors on your drone, it's important to install a LED strobe light that has been tested and recommended by your drone's manufacturer.

Sentera has tested and recommends the following white LED strobe light:

"White Strobon Cree Strobe Light" by Flytron. 

The Stobon strobe light is about the size of a postage stamp, has an internal rechargeable battery, and is very bright.

This LED strobe light is commonly available from many popular online re-sellers.

                                                        

For the Sentera PHX™ the easiest place to install this LED strobe light is on the top hatch.  Most users will cut a shallow pocket into the top of the foam and glue in the small velcro patch supplied with the Strobon strobe light.  The velcro makes it easy to remove and recharge.
